The form includes contact details, organization, your needs and intended outcomes. Share only necessary information; do not include passwords, sensitive data or third-party materials you are not authorized to share.
Submission forms and previews
The “Share your challenge” form sends information to NVI after you review and confirm submission. Receipt is confirmed when a reference code appears. Other forms remain in preview mode and allow draft downloads; they do not send information to NVI.
Storage and use
Your information is stored in the intake system for authorized staff to review and respond to your request. The page keeps only a submission key and a data fingerprint during your browser session to reduce duplicate submissions; it does not store your name, email or form content in browser storage. During this pilot stage, NVI needs to finalize its retention and data handling policy before full operation.
